Welcome to the SpotVibe Partner Program. These Partner Terms and Conditions ("Partner Terms") govern your partnership with SpotVibe as a facility owner, operator, or venue manager. By registering as a Partner, listing your sports facilities, or accepting court reservations through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Partner Terms.

1. Partner Eligibility & Account Registration

To qualify as a SpotVibe Partner, you must own, lease, or have explicit authorization to manage the sports facilities listed on your account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date business, contact, and bank payout information during registration and keep it updated at all times.

2. Court Listings & Availability Management

• Accuracy: You are responsible for maintaining accurate court availability, operating hours, pricing, amenities, and facility rules on your store/venue storefront.
• Honor Bookings: You agree to honor all confirmed reservations made through the SpotVibe platform. Overbooking or refusing valid reservations may result in penalty fees or account suspension.

3. Payouts, Commissions, & Fees

SpotVibe collects player booking payments on your behalf. Platform commissions and processing fees will be deducted from your earnings according to your agreed service plan. Payouts will be processed to your provided bank account or PayPal account on the scheduled payout cycle.

4. Facility Standards & Safety

Partners must maintain their sports courts and facilities in a clean, safe, and playable condition. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local safety standards, building codes, and insurance requirements for your venue and players.

5. Termination & Account Suspension

SpotVibe reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts that engage in fraudulent behavior, fail to honor bookings, or violate player safety and code of conduct policies.
