Welcome to SpotVibe. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SpotVibe website, mobile application, and booking services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to create an account and book sports facilities on SpotVibe. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and booking processes.

2. Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Reservations: All bookings are subject to venue availability and confirmation. A booking is only finalized once payment is processed and a booking code is issued.
• Cancellations: Cancellation policies are set individually by each venue. Please review the specific rules of the court before placing a reservation.
• Refunds: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed according to the venue's policy and credited back to your original payment method.

3. Code of Conduct at Venues

Players are expected to respect the venue's rules, staff, and other players. Proper athletic attire and non-marking sports shoes must be worn where required. Any damage to the property caused by players may result in additional charges and account suspension.

4. Limitation of Liability

SpotVibe acts as an intermediary booking platform. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or disputes that occur during your visit to any partner sports venue. Your participation is at your own risk.
